At this stage, the Loan Officer will collect the client’s info to determine what they qualify for and the best way to structure their loan!
The Loan Officer will gather the required documents, lock the loan, and submit the application to an underwriter for review.
The underwriter will issue an approval, pending conditions. The conditions are
required to finalize the loan approval.
The processor will help collect any required conditions. An appraisal will also be ordered to verify the value of the home.
Once all conditions have been reviewed, the loan will be cleared to close. It is then time to review and sign the closing package
